Golf Sim Lounge simplifies the process by providing a pre-selected, optimal setup, eliminating the guesswork from your installation.

It's important to note that the package does not include a hitting mat, putting turf, launch monitor, projector, or software, focusing solely on providing the necessary components to finalize your simulator enclosure.

Enhance your golf simulator with the Carl's Place Premium Golf Impact Screen, the pinnacle of full-impact screen materials. This screen boasts a three-layer, heavy-duty polyester construction, ensuring durability and the highest image quality projection, capable of handling the fastest ball speeds.
Pipe Framing Kit & Connector Fittings: Tailor-made for your setup, this kit includes 2" EMT pipes cut to the precise length needed for your enclosure, along with connector fittings for easy assembly. This eliminates the need for pipe cutting or additional hardware store visits.
Foam Inserts: Specifically designed to protect your enclosure frame from off-target shots, these foam inserts provide peace of mind, preventing damage to your frame during intense practice sessions.
Safety Baffles: To safeguard the ceiling of your simulator, two Safety Baffles are included. Positioned to catch and deflect high-angle shots, these baffles ensure protection against balls that may rebound off the screen.
Back Cover Kit & Pipe Kit: Block out rear light intrusion with the Back Cover Kit, enhancing image quality and providing a sleek look by hiding the frame from view.

Shipping Information
Your Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Package will be delivered via freight, with an additional shipping cost. It is required that someone is available at the delivery location to take responsibility for unloading the pallet. The heaviest box in the shipment is approximately 50 lbs.
If you are unable to manually unload the pallet box by box, we recommend adding a lift gate service for easier offloading. To arrange this service, please contact support@golfsimlounge.com.
Refunds & Returns
Cancellation or Changing an Order
Any changes to an existing order will require cancelation and replacement as a new order. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number to cancel or make changes.
- If your order contains a product with custom dimensions, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply for changes or cancelation requests submitted more than 24 hours after order placement.
- Items that incorporate multiple finishing techniques, unique alternative finishing styles, or untraditional dimensions will incur a restocking fee of 50% if changed or canceled and are not eligible for return.
- Manufacturer Direct Items: Items that come directly from the manufacturer are indicated as such on the product page. Manufacturer Direct items have a 5% cancellation fee. If we are unable to cancel your order your items will be subject to the Returns Policy.

Please thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery. We want you to have ample opportunity to reach out for a solution if not fully satisfied. Contact support@golfsimlounge.com with any concerns.
- Returns Inspection: All returns are expected to arrive in new and unused condition and items are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted. If an item is received in a condition other than new and unused and is deemed to be suitable for discounted resale, as determined by Carl's Place, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Based on the return inspection, not all returned items will qualify for a refund.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
Warranty
Carl’s Place does not offer a warranty since our products are considered ‘wearable’. Making sure the customer’s setup meets our recommendations for best performance will ensure they get the most life out of their products
